**Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- **Telesales Executive**: Previous experience in telesales, outbound calling, or telemarketing is preferred.
- **Customer Service Associate**: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency with CRM software, MS Office, or similar tools; ability to learn new systems quickly.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to handle customer concerns, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a professional manner.
- **Goal-Oriented**: Demonstrated ability to meet sales or service goals and performance targets.
- **Multitasking Ability**: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative attitude, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience in BPO or call center environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with customer service tools and software like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, including consultative selling and closing strategies (for telesales role).
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
