**BPO Profile Job Description**
- Customer Service Associate - International voice process
- Maintain quality and productivity standards
- Solving customer queries on calls
- Upselling Automobile parts
- Minimum of 0- 2 years of experience in sales with excellent communication skills are required
- Should be comfortable working in shifts (US Shift)
- Should be able to speak English fluently.
- Reside in Bangalore
- Should have Work experience in the international voice process
- Experience in the BPO domain is preferred.
- Should be an immediate joiner

Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
