**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assembly Assistance**:

- Assist in the assembly of components and parts following established procedures and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the assembly team to ensure efficient and accurate completion of tasks.
- **Material Handling**:

- Transport materials, components, and finished products to and from the assembly area.
- Ensure the availability of necessary materials for the assembly process.
- **Tool and Equipment Operation**:

- Operate basic hand tools and equipment required for the assembly process.
- Report any malfunctioning tools or equipment to supervisors.
- **Quality Control**:

- Participate in quality checks during the assembly process to identify and report any defects or deviations.
- Work closely with the quality control team to maintain product standards.
- **Workspace Organization**:

- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient assembly process.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with team members and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Communicate effectively to address any challenges or seek clarification on tasks.
- **Training and Development**:

- Participate in training programs to enhance assembly skills and knowledge.
- Show a willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities over time.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in assembly or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn assembly techniques.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
