**Job Summary**:
We are seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Agricultural Helpers/Labourers. In this role, you will assist in various tasks related to agricultural manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the production and assembly of agricultural products.
- Operate and maintain machinery as directed, following safety protocols.
- Load and unload materials and products as needed.
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Participate in cleaning and maintenance of work areas and equipment.
- Support the team in achieving production targets and deadlines.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred. or lesser is accepted
- Previous experience in agricultural or manufacturing settings is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects 50 kg
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and willingness to adhere to them.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexible availability, including potential overtime and weekends.
