**HELPER**

We are currently seeking a dedicated and resourceful individual to join our team as a Helper. As a helper in our company, you will play a vital role in supporting various aspects of construction and assembly. This position is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of projects by providing assistance to skilled craftsmen, technicians, and supervisors. Your role will involve hands-on work, adherence to safety protocols, and collaboration with team members to achieve project goals and objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Material Handling**

Assist in the handling, transportation, and staging of materials, components, and equipment required for construction. Safely operate material handling equipment to move heavy items and ensure they are positioned correctly for assembly.

**2. Preparation and Setup**

Prepare work areas, tools, and equipment for various project activities. Clean and maintain workspaces to ensure a safe and organized environment. Assist in setting up scaffolding, rigging, and temporary structures as needed to support construction tasks.

**3. Assembly Assistance**

Support skilled craftsmen and technicians in the assembly and installation of components, structures, and systems. Assist in positioning and securing materials, fasteners, and fittings according to specifications and blueprints. Learn basic construction techniques and methods under the guidance of experienced workers.

**4. Cleaning and Maintenance**

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep work areas, tools, and equipment in good condition. Sweep, mop, and remove debris to maintain cleanliness and prevent hazards. Inspect tools and equipment for damage or defects and report any issues to supervisors.

**5. Safety Compliance**

Adhere to safety regulations, procedures, and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safe work practices at all times. Participate in safety training and toolbox talks to promote a culture of safety awareness.

**6. Team Collaboration**

Work collaboratively with other team members to accomplish project objectives efficiently and effectively. Communicate openly and respectfully with supervisors, coworkers, and subcontractors to coordinate tasks and resolve issues. Foster a positive and supportive work environment conducive to teamwork and productivity.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools used in construction and assembly.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workmanship.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and collaborate with others effectively

Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
