**Job Title**:Account Executive - Retiles industry

**Department/Group**:Showroom

**Reporting to**:Store Manager

**Monthly In hand Salary Range**:25,000/
- **Working Days & Timings**:6 days a week, 11.00am to 8.00pm

**NOTE - There will be a week off provided, Sunday is Fix working.**

**Experience Required** : 1 - 5 Years

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Quotations, Sales order, Tax / E-Invoice, Bill of supply, E-Way bill
- Receipts, Payment (Cash, Bank), handling of cash
- Expenses booking in ERP after scrutiny & approved by HOD
- Responsible for maintaining & controlling inventory along with inventory reconciliation (Books & Physical)
- Responsible for maintaining damaged stock, (repairable / non repairable)
- Checking & processing Vendors bill for payment with in due date
- Checking & tracking receipts from customers against sales order, Invoice, as per PO terms, IOF under coordination with sales person, customer, Head Office, etc. & accordingly indenting material from Head office
- Arranging deliveries under coordination with Managers
- Liaisoning work with local authority
- Monitoring of Job allocated to helper & fitter under coordination with Manager
- MIS / Reports as per the requirement of Management
- Need experience in Excel, GST, TDS
- Responsible for maintaining Project wise Budget, P&L

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**

Should be a Graduate from a reputed college or University

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
