**Role Overview**:
We are seeking an energetic and confident **Pre-Sales Intern** to support our business development team through **telecalling, lead qualification, and client follow-ups**. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building rapport, and creating opportunities for the sales team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential corporate clients to introduce ExpressEarth services.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and events.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their travel management needs.
- Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Share feedback from calls to improve sales strategies.
- Assist in preparing introductory pitch scripts and call notes.
**Requirements**:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma (Business, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or related field).
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident telephone manner and willingness to make cold calls.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (training will be provided).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
