Admission Counselor Sales Executive Preschool

**Admissions & Sales**:

- Provide detailed information on curriculum, teaching methodologies, and facilities.
- Conduct campus tours and counseling sessions for parents.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead tracking through CRM or admission management software.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly admission targets.
- Organize and participate in admission events, open houses, and marketing campaigns.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist in daily operations of the preschool including attendance, fee collection, and staff coordination.
- Maintain student and staff records accurately and securely.
- Coordinate with vendors, maintenance staff, and service providers as needed.
- Prepare regular reports on admissions, fee collection, and general operations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

**Parent Relations**:

- Act as a liaison between parents and the school management.
- Address and resolve parent queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Send regular communication regarding school events, holidays, and updates.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
