**Position Title**: Recruiter
**Location**: Onsite (Jaipur office) (UK Time Zone Support Required)
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Reporting To**: Recruitment Manager / HR Head

**Job Summary**

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**

**1. Requirement Analysis**
- Review and understand job descriptions and requirements shared by hiring managers or clients.
- Clarify role expectations, required skills, and priorities with stakeholders.
- Translate job requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
- Screen resumes to assess suitability based on job specifications.

**4. Interview Coordination**
- Coordinate with hiring managers/clients to schedule interviews.
- Follow up post-interview for feedback from both sides.

**5. Client & Stakeholder Communication**
- Regularly update hiring managers/clients about recruitment progress.

**6. ATS & Recruitment Process Management**
- Track recruitment metrics (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, closures).
- Ensure recruitment process adherence and compliance with company/client standards.
- Leverage ATS tools to streamline recruitment workflow.

**7. Reporting & Documentation**
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on recruitment activities and hiring progress.
- Highlight challenges and recommend process improvements.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Proven experience in **end-to-end recruitment**.
- Strong knowledge of **ATS tools and recruitment processes**.
- Excellent communication skills with strong command over **British English (verbal & written)**.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in **UK time zone**.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in international hiring.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Exposure to working with UK-based clients/companies will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
