**Responsibilities**:

- **Talent Acquisition**:

- Partner with hiring managers to identify and understand staffing needs.
- **Interview Coordination**:

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
- **Negotiation and Offer Management**:

- Facilitate salary negotiations and offer discussions.
- Work closely with HR and hiring managers to prepare and extend job offers.
- **Pipeline Management**:

- **Recruitment Metrics**:

- Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
- Use data to continuously improve the recruitment process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably within the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for talent acquisition.

**Salary**: ₹11,449.99 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Jaipur, Rajasthan (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
