**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Acquisition of Unsecured Loan, Personal Loan, Banking Loan, Home Loan, Loan against Property customers in the identified segment.
- Ensure quality sourcing in line with the NBFC & Bank's policy.
- Meet and exceed the defined targets of new customer acquisitions month on month by analysing transaction banking needs of the customer.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to expand the company's market presence.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to enhance sales strategies and offerings.
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Stay updated on industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
**Must Have**:
- At least 1 Year of relevant experience in Enterprise Sales/Corporate Lending/ Mid-Market relationship management in leading Banks/NBFCs
- Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the financial services industry with a focus on NBFCs.
- Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Knowledge of financial products such as loans, insurance, and investment options.
- Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with digital sales channels and technologies for sales optimization.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Any Graduate
