_**Loan Officer Responsibilities include**:_
- Interviewing applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans_
- Determining all applicable ratios and metrics and set up debt payment plans_

- Determine the financial status and creditworthiness of loan applicants_
- Authorize and recommend loan approvals for executive loans in line with the organization's risk tolerance_
- Ensure compliance with sanctions regulations and company policies for all loans and transactions_
- Keep up to date with changes in sanctions regulations and advise management on their impact on loan decisions_
- Develop and maintain relationships with executive clients and monitor their loan repayments_
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract new executive clients_
- Manage loan disbursements and ensure proper documentation and record keeping_
- Prepare reports on loan portfolios and performance for management_
- Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans_
- Go the “extra mile” to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout the underwriting process_
- **Requirements**:_
- Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices_
- Bachelor's degree or related field_
- Proven experience as a loan officer or similar role, preferably with a focus on executive loans and sanctions compliance_
- In-depth knowledge of financial analysis, credit scoring and lending practices_
- Familiarity with sanctions regulations and compliance requirements_
- Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills_
- Excellent communication and customer service skills_
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment_
- Attention to detail and high ethical standards_
- Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies_
- Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
