**Loan Officer Responsibilities include**:

- Interviewing applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans
- Determining all applicable ratios and metrics and set up debt payment plans

**Job brief**

**Responsibilities**:

- Determine the financial status and creditworthiness of loan applicants
- Authorize and recommend loan approvals for executive loans in line with the organization's risk tolerance
- Ensure compliance with sanctions regulations and company policies for all loans and transactions
- Keep up to date with changes in sanctions regulations and advise management on their impact on loan decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with executive clients and monitor their loan repayments
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract new executive clients
- Manage loan disbursements and ensure proper documentation and record keeping
- Prepare reports on loan portfolios and performance for management
- Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans
- Go the “extra mile” to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout the underwriting process

**Requirements**:

- Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices
- Bachelor's degree or related field
- Proven experience as a loan officer or similar role, preferably with a focus on executive loans and sanctions compliance
- In-depth knowledge of financial analysis, credit scoring and lending practices
- Familiarity with sanctions regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail and high ethical standards
- Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies
- Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
