Key Responsibilities:

- **Recommendations**:Working with technicians to diagnose vehicle problems and providing customers with repair options and estimates.
- **Service Coordination**:Coordinating with the service team to ensure efficient workflow, scheduling, and timely completion of repairs.
- **Communication**:Keeping customers informed about the status of their vehicle, explaining repair procedures, and managing expectations.
- **Sales and Upselling**:Offering additional services, parts, or accessories that may be beneficial to the customer.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:Ensuring customers are satisfied with the service provided, addressing any concerns, and building long-term relationships.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, repair orders, and other relevant information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
