Surat, India Rudra Enterprises Full time

Maintain accurate records of all products in the store, including air conditioning spare parts, motors, gas and accessories.

Collaborate with the purchasing department to replenish stock as needed.

Create Purchase order for Gases and maintain their stock as per required.

Checking Gas cylinder quantity as per Purchase Order.

Check gas cylinders and then after return empty cylinder to respected vendor.

We maintain motors stocks and records.

Provide motor to different departments like PAD, RAD, VRF and others department and other branches.

Create motor service charges purchase order.

Giving defective motor for repair to specific vendor. Responsible for ensuring Proper Database Management of the Company

Inspect incoming products for quality and quantity, ensuring compliance with company standards.

Report and discrepancies or defects promptly to the relevant departments and after confirmation we return the material to the respected vendor.

Implement an efficient storage system to optimize space and facilitate easy retrieval of items.

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.

Work closely with the sales team to understand customer demands and trends, adjusting stock levels accordingly.

Also coordinate with logistic department for transport of materials.

We also courier the material as per requirement.

Communicate effectively with other departments to streamline processes and address any supply chain issues.

Bill submission in account department on daily basis.

Keep detailed records of all transactions, including receipts, invoice, and delivery notes.

Make and print challan for PAD, VRF, RAD and Chargeable Department.

Taking Initial Entry for warranty and AMC material and GRN for Tax invoice material.

Maintain excel sheet for inward material and others things.

Also know how to create material code and machine code.

Internal mailing for material on chargeable basis and others approvals.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel

Must be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint

Should have experience in handling software

Should have experience in interacting with vendors to purchase goods

Must have basic knowledge about store

Should have experience in keeping store stock

Should have excellent oral and written communication skills (Hindi, English and Gujarati).

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
