**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**: Assist senior sales managers in managing client relationships, business development activities, and project follow-ups.
- **Lead & Data Management**: Track, manage, and maintain a comprehensive database of leads, inquiries, and client interactions, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
- **Timely Follow-Ups**: Proactively follow up with potential clients and internal teams, ensuring all leads and inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
- **Client Interaction**: Liaise with architects, interior designers, and contractors to understand their needs and requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- **Administrative Support**: Handle back-office tasks, including preparing reports, organizing documentation, and providing general administrative support to senior managers.
- **Market Research**: Assist in identifying market trends and potential business opportunities within the building materials industry to support strategic decision-making.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, contributing to long-term business growth and customer loyalty.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in the **building materials industry**, with hands-on experience interacting with **interior designers, architects, and contractors**.
- **Educational Qualification**: A **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering) is preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office is a plus.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- **Proactive & Self-Motivated**: A results-driven individual with a keen sense of urgency and an ability to work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
