**Job Description**:
We are looking for a qualified and empathetic Associate Dentist (BDS) to manage and provide dental services at the Health Chakra-operated OPD in the Gurudwara. The role involves delivering general dentistry treatments, promoting oral health awareness, and ensuring patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat a range of dental conditions, including fillings, extractions, scaling, and root canals.
- Educate patients about oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and standards.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and compassionate environment for all patients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)
- Experience in community or OPD-based dental services is an advantage, but freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and respectful approach, with sensitivity to the Gurudwara's ethos and community needs.
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy OPD efficiently.
