**Overview**
- Expand the business network through appointment of new dealers and motivating the existing dealers
- Field Sales Manager (FSM) is responsible for the achievement of sales objectives associated with the assigned territory.
- Field Sales Officer (FSO) are territory focused and are given daily and monthly salestargets.

**Role and Responsibility**

**(Extensive travelling involved in this Job)**
- Expand the business network through appointment of new dealers and motivating the existing dealers.
- Meet customers as per call cycle plan.
- Collect market information, collecting competitor's data, analyzing the same.
- Execution of sales strategies.
- Payment collection.
- Billing and other administration activities.
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
- Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
- Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
- Meeting with Dealers, Architects, Builders and end users to regulate the sales of the company
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
- Appointing New Dealers and Associates
- Achieving monthly Target of company
- Maintaining Good Relationship with Channel Partners**Qualifications Required**
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Commerce, Management, or related field
- 0-10 years of sales experience
- Proven ability to meet and exceed salesquotas
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skillss
- Highly self-motivated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

**Salary**: ₹10,355.74 - ₹32,878.21 per month
