**Responsibilities**:
Provide service information to potential customers, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

**Requirements**:
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.

Previous experience in customer service is (preferred ).

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Excellent problem-solving and active listening skills.

Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving goals.

Familiarity with CRM software and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

2.) This is an inbound/Outbound Customer support position, and the work schedule follows US timings (night shift).

**Job Types**: Regular / Permanent, Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Monday to Friday
