**We Are Seeking for Foundry Maintenance Mechanical Fitter**
**Experience**: Minimum 3 Years Foundry machinery maintaining fitter field
**Education**: ITI, Diploma, BE and fitter related relevant experience
**Salary**: Based On Experience
**Skills**:
l **Mechanical Skills**: Proficiency in using hand and power tools for maintenance and repair work, along with a solid understanding of mechanical principles and concepts relevant to foundry equipment.
l **Equipment Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical components and systems in foundry equipment, including furnaces, casting machines, conveyors, and hydraulic systems, to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Breakdown handling in Gen set, moulding machine, furan (No Break system) machine, Crain.
l **Technical Aptitude**: Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals to facilitate maintenance and troubleshooting activities effectively.
l **Safety Consciousness**: Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times, with a focus on maintaining a safe working environment for oneself and others.
l **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail when performing maintenance tasks, with a focus on accuracy and precision to ensure the quality and reliability of workmanship.
l **Teamwork and Communication**: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other maintenance staff, production teams, and supervisors to coordinate maintenance activities and communicate progress or issues as needed.
l **Troubleshooting**: Identify and diagnose mechanical issues, such as equipment malfunctions or breakdowns, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner to minimize production interruptions.
l **Scheduled Inspections**:Perform regular inspections of foundry equipment to assess their condition and identify potential areas for improvement or repair.
l **Parts Replacement**: Replace worn or damaged parts of machinery, such as bearings, belts, gears, and valves, to maintain functionality and extend equipment lifespan.
l **Collaboration**: Coordinate with other maintenance staff and production teams to schedule maintenance activities in a manner that minimizes disruption to production schedules.
l **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that maintenance activities are performed in accordance with quality standards and specifications to uphold product quality and consistency.
l **Housekeeping**: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the maintenance area, including proper storage of tools and equipment, to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
