Job Title: Mechanical Fitter – International Projects (Russia)

Location: Chennai, Guindy (Base Location)

About the Role:

We are looking for experienced Mechanical Fitters to join our team for international projects in Russia. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals seeking stable employment, attractive allowances, and overseas work exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair, lubrication, adjustment and setup of production equipment, including hydraulic equipment (manual work).
  • Perform routine maintenance, between-repair maintenance, and technical supervision of equipment condition.
  • Conduct condition monitoring and repair of various workshop machinery.
  • Carry out metalworking of parts and assemblies.
  • Participate in routine maintenance and equipment overhauls.
  • Support in installation, assembly, and acceptance of new equipment.
  • Contribute to workplace modernization, mechanization, and efficiency improvements by replacing outdated machinery with high-performance equipment.

Requirements:

  • ITI (Mechanical) or Diploma (Mechanical) qualification.
  • 2 to 10 years of experience in mechanical fitting or industrial equipment maintenance.
  • Knowledge of machine tools (milling, turning, and other machines) and lifting mechanisms.
  • Experience in repairing production equipment for at least 2 years.
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation related to equipment.
