Job Title: Specialist - Social Media

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
- Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
- Manage day-to-day activities on social media channels, including scheduling posts, monitoring comments, and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to evaluate the performance of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing to keep Cartel Bros at the forefront of innovation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
- Work closely with influencers and partners to amplify our brand presence and reach new audiences.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities in the social media landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
- Support the development of social media advertising campaigns, including targeting, budgeting, and optimization.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Cartel Bros' products/services, target audience, and competitive positioning to effectively communicate key messages

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and advertising capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Passion for staying updated on emerging trends and technologies in social media marketing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
