**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Development**:

- Develop multiple product variants by combining bases, powders, sauces, and binding agents.
- Gather customer feedback during product trials and incorporate improvements into product development.
- Ensure food products meet taste, texture, and nutritional benchmarks.
- **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)**:

- Develop and document SOPs for food preparation
- Define shelf life and quality standards for ingredients and final products.
- **Customer Trials and R&D**:

- Conduct product trials at different places for market feedback.
- Measure success through customer feedback scores and compliance with taste and hygiene standards.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure all products are strictly vegetarian, tasty, healthy, and hygienic, complying with Food Authority standards.
- Classify products based on customer demographics, working styles, and preferred consumption times.
- **Documentation and Analysis**:

- Create detailed preparation processes.
- Conduct nutritional analysis and define the shelf life of product variants.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Background in culinary arts, food science, or a related field (preferred).
- **Location**: Must be based in Bengaluru and available for full-time work, Monday to Friday.
- **Skills**:

- Passion for culinary innovation and product development.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills for collaboration and documentation.
- **Additional Requirements**:

- Must be creative, willing to experiment, and able to adapt to dynamic R&D environments.
