**Position Overview**

We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate **F&B Trainees** who are graduates in Hospitality Management and eager to start their careers in Food & Beverage service. This role offers hands-on training in restaurant and resort F&B operations with an opportunity to grow into a full-time role.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in day-to-day Food & Beverage operations in resort.
- Greet and serve guests professionally, ensuring excellent service.
- Learn menu knowledge to confidently assist guests.
- Support restaurant setup, table arrangements, and order taking.
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained.
- Work collaboratively with the service and kitchen teams.
- Handle guest queries and escalate issues promptly to supervisors.
- Follow grooming, discipline, and service SOPs of the resort.

**Requirements**:

- **Mandatory**: Graduate in Hospitality Management (BHM/B.Sc. Hospitality or equivalent).
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong passion for guest service and hospitality.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends/holidays.
