Job Title**:Service Associate (Steward)**

Location: Elan Miracle, Sector 84, Gurgaon

CTC: ₹17,500

In-hand Salary: ₹14,000

Job Responsibilities:

- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Assist guests with booking tickets and provide information about services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Completion of 12th/Diploma is mandatory.
- Age must be between 18 - 24 years.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Evening).
- Willingness to assist in various service tasks as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹162,000.00 - ₹204,000.00 per year
