- Experience in SFDC development using Apex classes and proficiency in all administrative tasks, including creating profiles, roles, users, and others
- Should have experience with platform event development and event-driven architecture within Salesforce
- Seek out ways to use Salesforce to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace
- Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating solutions, and deploying solutions to end users
- Strong verbal, written, and data presentation skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
- Ensuring the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and debugging
- Staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies, best practices, and industry trends
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or any other relevant field with experience in a technology environment
