- In this role, you will be responsible for Data Entry of Information related to personal details, provider details, invoice information, procedure & impairment codes_
- Responsibilities_
- _Validation of information entered by indexer_
- _Check & Select accurate Pre-authorization_
- _Identify duplicate Claims and take appropriate action_
- _Reading & taking appropriate action on Alerts related to Members & providers._
- _Referring case to calling team for further information_
- _Looking after Policy & Non-Policy messages_
- _Interpreting, analyzing & further investigating the Policy messages on various tools like support point, info site etc._
- _Referring cases to various department like HCS, TMT, Triage after adjudication as and when required_
- _Identify Front End Savings by investigating claims to Identify any over charge, ineligible chargers, contract compliance, Provider or Member Fraud_
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Any Graduate except technical_
- _Freshers are eligible_
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Good knowledge of healthcare & medical terminologies_
- _Eye for detail & investigative skills_
- _Good interpretation & comprehension skills_
- _Proven experience_
