**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities: -**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services
- Identify and qualify new business lead.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of sales experience
- Qualifications: 10+2 or Graduate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.

**Skills: -**
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Time management and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Present products/services and handle objections
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve shared goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Proficiency in CRM software (or similar tools).

Pay: ₹330,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

- Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
