**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Management**:

- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a clean, organized, and productive work environment.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including inventory control and procurement.
- Coordinate with facilities management to address any maintenance or repair needs.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to senior management and other staff, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing documentation.
- Manage and prioritize incoming requests and communications.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and digital.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
- **Communication**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Facilitate effective communication between departments and handle inquiries from clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and other activities.
- Handle logistics, including venue arrangements, catering, and equipment setup.
- **Policy Compliance**:

- Ensure that office operations comply with company policies, procedures, and legal

requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of administrative procedures and policies.
- **Miscellaneous Duties**:

- Perform other administrative tasks as required, including data entry, report generation, and office organization.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related

field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role or office management.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
