**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Handle documentation, record keeping, and filing
- Assist in HR functions like attendance & leave management
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for requirements
- Prepare reports, letters, and maintain communication with management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
**Requirements**:
- Graduate in any stream (preferred: Commerce/Management background)
- 1-3 years of experience in admin or office management roles
- Good communication & organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
