TarunIAS is seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Intern. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing and content creation while contributing to our mission of guiding and supporting civil service aspirants.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Content Creation**: Assist in creating engaging and informative content for TarunIAS's social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

2. **Social Media Management**: Help manage and maintain TarunIAS's social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring engagement metrics.

3. **Campaign Support**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.

4. **Content Curation**: Research and curate relevant content, articles, and news updates related to civil service examinations, current affairs, and educational topics to share with our audience.

5. **Visual Design**: Assist in creating visually appealing graphics, images, and videos to accompany social media posts and enhance overall content quality.

6. **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor social media analytics and track key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts and provide insights for optimization.

7. **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to suggest innovative ideas for content creation and engagement strategies.

**Requirements**:
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

2. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

3. Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and social media management tools.

4. Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.

5. Basic graphic design skills and proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software (preferred).

6. Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to adapt to evolving social media trends and strategies.

7. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

8. Passion for education, current affairs, and helping others achieve their goals.
