**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and executing social media strategies tailored to clients.
- Support in creating monthly content calendars for client approvals.
- Coordinate with designers and video editors to ensure timely delivery of creatives.
- Share creative inputs to align posts with brand identity.
- Research and stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and viral opportunities.
- Contribute ideas and draft strategies for client campaigns.
- Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports.
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams.
- Use social media tools for scheduling and engagement tracking.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- **Mandatory: Prior internship experience** in social media marketing (preferably in a digital marketing agency).
- Understanding of **e-commerce/D2C brand** growth strategies.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and other major platforms.
- Creative mindset with ability to suggest engaging content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn in a team-driven environment.
- Proactive approach — can take initiative beyond just following instructions.

**Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)**:

- Exposure to influencer marketing.
- Basic understanding of paid ad campaigns.
- Experience in brainstorming or ideating short-form video content (Reels, Shorts)
