**Your tasks**:

- Responsible for production facility organization: Manages, measures and implements procedures, standards and is accountable for service delivery
- Leads, monitors employees and activities and sets goals for team members for achievement of operational results
- Ensures best practices, system compliance with customer regulations and implementation of quality systems for new projects
- Elaborates the management review activities within the plant
- Makes sure that customer requirements and CSR are distributed and analyzed
- Ensures the improvement of the QMS within the plant

**Your Skills**:

- **Level of Education**: University degree
- **Branch Of Study**: Quality Management or Engineering
- **Experience **:Min 3 years in automotive industry with minimum 2 years in quality management system
- **Language**: English C1
- **IT**:Microsoft Office
- **Social competences**: Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & result orientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork
- **Professional competences**:IATF 16949, Customer specific Requirements, Risk Assessment
