**Position: Senior ISO Auditor**
**Location: Chennai - Onsite**
**Age Criteria: 50-60 years**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **ISO Auditing**:

- Plan, coordinate, and conduct ISO pre-audits.
- Guide organizations in effectively implementing ISO systems.
- Organize and execute ISO and Product Certification Audits through on-site visits or remotely.
- Prepare and compile detailed audit reports for approval.
- **Training and Development**:

- Deliver ISO training sessions to clients and participate in open programs to enhance understanding and compliance.
- **Operational Management**:

- Develop and update monthly man-day calendars to ensure alignment with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Professionally manage client relationships and submit ISO reports within tight deadlines.

**Skills and Qualifications Required**:

- **Auditing Expertise**:

- Lead Auditor qualifications in at least three schemes among QMS (, EMS, and OHSMS.
- Should have conducted a minimum of 30 man-days of audits as a Third-Party Auditor for each scheme (QMS, EMS, and OHSMS).
- **Communication and Training Skills**:

- Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of multiple languages is an advantage.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with ERP systems or customized software solutions.
- Capability in online research and leveraging digital tools.

**Preferred Background**:

- Retired professionals with extensive experience in auditing and training.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
