**Qualifications and Skills**:
Any Graduate

Certification in ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) is highly preferable

Minimum 3 - 7 years of experience in QMS internal audits and quality management systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in documentation and reporting tools.

Ready to travel as and when required for audits for other locations of the organization

Role:
Experienced QMS Internal Auditor to establish quality management system and ensure its adherence. Ensure the organizations processes and systems comply with QMS or relevant standards. Scheduling and conducting audits, identifying process gaps and recommending improvements.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Establish QMS process for each departments ( QMS Manuals, Formats, Audit Checklists, etc.,)

Planning and Conducting regular internal audits to ensure adherence to QMS standards and organizational policies.

Prepare and submit detailed audit reports with corrective action plan to the senior management

Identify gaps in current processes and recommend for improvements.

Coordinate with all departments to implement quality initiatives that enhance performance.

Coordinate with all departments to clarify QMS related queries and provide guidance on compliance.

Conduct training sessions to ensure team members understand and adhere to quality standards.

Maintain accurate records of audits and compliance activities.

Ensure all processes align with QMS requirements

Take initiatives to enhance the organization’s quality management systems.

Monitor and report on the implementation of recommended changes.

Conducting audits as per schedule and timeline

Achieve a measurable improvements in QMS
