**Job Description: Sales Executive (E-commerce) - Kolkata**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target potential customers within the assigned territory in Kolkata to promote our e-commerce products and services.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements, providing a consultative sales approach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the company.
- Build and nurture long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights for business growth.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 1-2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in an e-commerce or related industry.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online shopping trends, and digital marketing concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with customers.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Good negotiation and closing skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and local languages.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for client meetings and events.
