Noventiq's 3900 employees work in almost 60 countries throughout Asia, Latin America, Eastern Europe and Africa—markets with significant growth potential. **Job overview**: **What you’ll do**: - Leads the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets) - Architect and lead the design of comprehensive security architectures for Azure environments. - Define and enforce security standards and controls across multiple Azure deployments. - Develop and maintain Azure security frameworks, guidelines, and best practices. - Lead security projects and initiatives, including security strategy development and implementation. - Conduct in-depth security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments. - Provide expert-level guidance and support during security incidents and complex problem resolution. - Troubleshooting of Azure infrastructure and services **About you**: - Strong understanding of Azure security services, including Azure Security Center, Azure Sentinel, Azure Active Directory, Azure Firewall, Azure Virtual Networks, and Azure Key Vault. - Configure and Customize Microsoft Defender ATP, M365 ATP or Azure Cloud App Security. - Should be able to Migrate workloads to the cloud and Help optimize the resource cost on Cloud. - Experience in designing and implementing security controls and solutions in Azure environments. - Proficient in security assessment techniques, vulnerability management, and security incident response. - Knowledge of industry security frameworks such as NIST, CIS Controls, or ISO 27001. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve security issues. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest security threats, technologies, and industry best practices. - Familiarity with DevOps business practices - CI/CD exposure, Kubernetes, Build-tools like Go/Jenkins, Git - experience in working with distributed version control system - Expertise in at least one or more programming languages such as Go/Python/Java etc. - Relevant professional certifications such as: AZ-900, SC-900, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) - Any SANS Certifications will be added advantage. **What we offer**: - Insurance - Group Medical Coverage, Group Personal Accident, Group Term Life Insurance- - Rewards and Recognition Program, Employee Referral Program, Wellness Program and CSR Initiatives- - Maternity and Paternity Leaves- - Company Sponsored Certification Program- - Learning/Development Courses, Cross Skill, Mentorship and Leadership Programs- - Quarterly Performance Feedback Sessions- - Savings, Investments and Retirement Benefits- - Flexible Work Hours, Work from Home, Remote Working, Hybrid Working- - Company Onsite / Fun Events
