Job Title: Sr Azure Cloud SME Position: Senior Systems Engineer Experience: 6-8 years Category: Software Development/ Engineering Shift: Rotational Shift Main location: Bangalore, Chennai Position ID: J Employment Type: Full Time Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 6 years of relevant experience. Position Description: 6+ Strong hands on experience (relevant) in Azure environment PaaS, IaaS. Knowledge in Azure Power Shell scripting for deploying the Resources Good hands on experience in IAM, PIM, Azure Cost, EntraID management Azure integration aspects for hybrid solutions such as WAN networking, ExpressRoute, VPN, B2B, B2C, Active Directory, etc. Knowledge of cloud-native and 3rd party tools for management, monitoring security and automation Define required Cloud Services (such as Azure VMs, Azure Storage, VNet, Firewalls, load-balancers, WAF, ExpressRoute, Resource Manager, Azure SQL, Azure Backup, Traffic Manager, Cloud & App Services, Azure Active Directory etc Good knowledge in SQL DB, CosmosDB, PostgreSQL Good working experience in IaC (Bicep, ARM and Terraform) Azure Backup, Azure Monitor, Azure Site Recovery, Recovery services, Azure update manager,Azure NetApp Files,Kubernetes ,ARC Collaborate with application architects and DevOps to modernize infrastructure as a service (IaaS) applications to Platform as a Service (PaaS) Create solutions that support a DevOps approach for delivery and operations of services Ensure that all cloud solutions follow security and compliance controls, including data sovereignty. Plan, organize, and control multiple responsibilities to achieve project objectives; technically guide projects through to completion. Ensure deliverables are completed within target timeframes and are consistently of high-quality. Interact with and advise business representatives of the application regarding functional and non-functional requirements Create proof-of-concepts to demonstrate viability of solutions under consideration Identify and implement best practices, tools and standards Provide consultative support to the clients for production incidents Drive and support system reliability, availability, scale, and performance activities Must have skills : Azure Platform (IAM, PIM, Azure Cost, EntraID) Network (VNet, Firewalls, load-balancers, WAF, ExpressRoute) Storage (Storage Accounts, Managed Disk, Azure Files) Data (SQL DB, CosmosDB, PostgreSQL) Compute (Virtual machines, WebApp) IaC (Bicep, ARM and Terraform) Azure DevOps, CI/CD Azure Backup, Azure Monitor, Azure Site Recovery, Recovery services, Azure update manager Azure NetApp Files Azure Kubernetes Services Azure ARC
