**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers for:

- Periodic service reminders (Free/paid services)
- Follow-ups after service or repair
- Feedback collection post-service
- Service camp or promotional offers
- Schedule service appointments and update the booking register/system.
- Record customer responses, feedback, and complaints in the CRM or DMS system.
- Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure proper service slot allocation.
- Inform customers about service offers, AMC packages, pick-up/drop facility, etc.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets (calls made, appointments booked, conversions).
- Handle inbound calls regarding service queries politely and professionally.
- Escalate unresolved customer issues to the Service Manager or CRM head.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
