Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to:
  • Generate leads for new bike sales
  • Follow up with existing leads and inquiries
  • Invite customers to the showroom for test rides or offers
  • Promote finance schemes, exchange offers, and festive discounts
  • Maintain and update the lead database regularly.
  • Handle inbound calls related to bike models, prices, features, and availability.
  • Schedule showroom visits, test rides, and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Share brochures, offers, and quotes through WhatsApp, SMS, or email as needed.
  • Track customer responses and maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
  • Collect and record customer feedback to improve service quality.
  • Support the sales team in organizing events, campaigns, and exhibitions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
