Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers for:
  • Periodic service reminders (Free/paid services)
  • Follow-ups after service or repair
  • Feedback collection post-service
  • Service camp or promotional offers
  • Schedule service appointments and update the booking register/system.
  • Record customer responses, feedback, and complaints in the CRM or DMS system.
  • Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure proper service slot allocation.
  • Inform customers about service offers, AMC packages, pick-up/drop facility, etc.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets (calls made, appointments booked, conversions).
  • Handle inbound calls regarding service queries politely and professionally.
  • Escalate unresolved customer issues to the Service Manager or CRM head.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹27,629.11 per month
