**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote hospital services.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and initiatives that align with the hospital's goals.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, events).
- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and convey a consistent message.
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Develop compelling content for brochures, newsletters, website, social media, and other marketing materials.
- Work closely with the content team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
- **Digital Marketing**:

- Analyze digital metrics to optimize online marketing efforts and enhance user engagement.
- **Patient Engagement**:

- Develop initiatives to enhance patient engagement and satisfaction.
- Coordinate community outreach programs and events to promote health awareness.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Liaise with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing activities.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships to ensure cost-effective services.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Utilize data analytics to measure campaign performance and make informed decisions.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Mentor and guide junior marketing team members.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
