1. You will be entitled to take Holiday on Sunday as a weekly off and other Holidays as specified by the Management every year.

2. You will call on Doctors of all Streams, Stockiest, Retailers and Medical Institutions in your area to propagate Aushadhi Bhavan’s Products, to book orders & to see that the same are executed.

3. You shall have to submit your Monthly Tour Program well in advance as instructed by the Management.

4. You shall post your Daily Reports regularly & within the prescribed time limit.

5. You shall submit your Monthly Reports, Expenses Statements, Party wise Sales Statement and also Sales & Stock Statements of the Stockiest in your area to the Management on regular basis, & within stipulated period.

6. You will collect the outstanding dues by Cheque or Demand Drafts from the parties in your area as per the Debtors list which will be provided to you from time to time.

7. You will be responsible for Target Achievement as allotted by the Management for your area. The Yearly Primary Sales Target shall be conveyed to you every year in or about the month of April.

8. The Monthly Incentive Scheme based on yearly primary Sales Target shall be applicable to you after attaining the Yearly Primary Sales target as given. And details of Primary Sales Target, which is divided in Generic & Proprietary Products shall be conveyed later.

9. While in the service of the Aushadhi Bhavan, you will not work associate, represent or deal with any other company or employer in similar lines of Aushadhi Bhavan of Manufacturing and other activities. If this offer for the training and appointment for the post of Jr. Business Officer is acceptable to you, you should report for the training as directed above.

10. After Confirmation, One month notice in writing shall be necessary if you wish to leave the service or vice versa.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- English, Hindi, Marathi (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
