We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident **Customer Care Staff** member who will be responsible for managing the flow of visitors, ensuring customer satisfaction, and increasing attendance at our therapy centre. In this role, you will help maintain an organized environment, provide support to clients, and deliver informative lectures related to our services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Crowd Control**: Manage and organize the crowd effectively to ensure a peaceful and orderly environment within the therapy centre.
- **Customer Care**: Assist clients with inquiries, provide excellent service, and ensure a positive and welcoming experience.
- **Training**: Participate in training sessions to learn about the therapy services and techniques we offer, ensuring you are equipped to assist clients.
- **Lectures & Presentations**: Deliver engaging and educational talks to visitors about therapy services, wellness, and related topics.
- **Increase Attendance**: Develop and implement strategies to attract and engage more visitors, helping to grow the centre’s footfall.
- **Confident Management**: Take charge of the centre's operations by confidently managing visitors, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak in front of groups.
- Confidence in managing large groups of people and handling crowd control.
- A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to engage and interact with clients and visitors professionally and positively.
- Willingness to undergo training and learn about our therapy services.
- Leadership skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
