**Job Summary**

We are looking for a dynamic and creative **Digital Marketing Executive**to drive brand visibility, generate bookings, and enhance guest engagement through innovative marketing strategies. This role requires a mix of digital marketing expertise and customer relationship skills to increase both online and direct bookings.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Social Media & Digital Marketing**
- Develop engaging content (images, videos, reels, blogs) for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan and execute influencer marketing collaborations to boost brand reach.
- Manage LinkedIn marketing efforts to target corporate clients and BNI groups.
- Optimize presence on Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) like MakeMyTrip, ensuring promotions and listings are updated.
- Brainstorm and launch creative marketing campaigns and stay packages to attract diverse audiences.

**Market Research & Strategy**
- Analyze competitors and industry trends to improve Sarvakaya’s marketing strategies.
- Identify and execute new promotional opportunities, including partnerships with event organizers, travel bloggers, and corporate groups.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or sales.
- Strong content creation skills (Canva, video editing, copywriting, etc.).
- Familiarity with OTA platforms, influencer marketing, and LinkedIn marketing.
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Self-motivated, creative, and proactive in executing marketing campaigns.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
