**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Principal in developing and implementing school policies and procedures.
- Oversee daily school operations, including scheduling, attendance, and facilities management.
- Manage emergency procedures and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Enforce the school’s code of conduct and manage student behavior issues.
- Promote a positive and inclusive school climate that supports student well-being.
- Support curriculum planning and classroom instruction alongside department heads.
- Monitor student performance and support interventions to improve outcomes.
- Encourage innovative teaching practices and use of technology in education.
- Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating teachers and support staff.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
- Promote professional development opportunities and teacher collaboration.
- Communicate with parents regarding student performance, behavior, and events.
- Represent the school at community meetings, events, and district functions.
- Build partnerships with local organizations and stakeholders.
- Participate in the development of the School Improvement Plan.
- Analyze school data (academic, behavioral, attendance) to inform decision-making.
- Help implement strategies that promote equity, inclusion, and excellence.
- **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of teaching experience; leadership experience preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
