**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in daily branch operations, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance.
- Handle customer queries and provide solutions related to loan products, repayment, and services.
- Achieve assigned sales targets for loan products (personal loans, business loans, vehicle loans, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure adherence to NBFC policies, RBI guidelines, and branch-level compliance.
- Coordinate with credit, collections, and operations teams for efficient processing.
- Prepare and maintain daily reports, MIS, and records of branch activities.

**Key Skills Required**
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of financial products (preferred).
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred).
- **Experience**:

- Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in financial services.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
