**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in daily branch operations and administrative activities.
- Support customer onboarding, documentation, and KYC processing.
- Provide information to walk-in customers about Gold Loans, Fixed Deposits, and Insurance products.
- Help with basic data entry, file management, and customer records maintenance.
- Learn and follow company processes and RBI compliance norms.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when needed.
- Support the branch team in achieving monthly business targets.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Customer-friendly attitude
- Basic understanding of financial services (preferred but not mandatory)

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum: Graduate in any stream (Commerce or Finance background preferred)
- Freshers or up to 1 year of relevant experience in NBFC/Banking/Customer Service

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹39,427.04 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
