Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales, service, and profitability targets of the branch.
  • Supervise sales advisors, service staff, and back-office teams to ensure effective performance.
  • Support in planning and executing sales strategies, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
  • Handle customer escalations, resolve issues promptly, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Monitor daily sales activities, service operations, and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Train, guide, and motivate staff to deliver superior performance and customer service.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share with the Branch Manager and management.
  • Coordinate with OEM representatives, finance partners, and insurance teams for seamless operations.
  • Ensure adherence to dealership processes, audit norms, and statutory compliance.
  • Act as second-in-command in the absence of the Branch Manager, taking full operational responsibility.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales/operations, with at least 1–2 years in the automobile industry.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and handle team supervision.
  • Knowledge of dealership operations, CRM tools, and MS Office.
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹39,778.64 per month
