**Key Responsibilities**:
− Conduct comprehensive research on a wide range of political topics, including but not limited to political trends, electoral dynamics, policy developments, legislative issues, and socio-economic indicators

− Prepare concise and well-structured briefing notes, research and analytical reports, and presentations for internal use and client presentations

− Analyze primary and secondary data (e.g., survey data, election results, socio-economic statistics, government reports, news media, etc.) to derive actionable insights, trends and patterns relevant to client objectives.

− Develop and maintain databases of political information, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

− Monitor current events and political developments to provide timely updates and analysis.

− Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different teams to contribute to broader strategic initiatives.

− Present research findings and analysis to internal teams and, at times, to clients.

**Required Qualifications**:
− Master's degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Economics, or a related Social Science field.

− A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in political research, policy analysis, or a similar analytical role, preferably within a political consultancy firm, research organization, government, or political campaign.

− Demonstrated proficiency in conducting rigorous research using a variety of methodologies.

− Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and present findings clearly and persuasively.

− Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint is essential, including the ability to create detailed spreadsheets, analyze data, and develop professional presentations.

− Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw insightful conclusions.

− Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
